Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout or are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the destination country.
HAUSE OF SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. HAUSE OF SKIN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@hauseskin.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, HAUSE OF SKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hauseskin.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, HAUSE OF SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
