Refund & Return Policy

At HAUSE OF SKIN, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been processed.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shade selection
  • Dissatisfaction with color preference
  • Failure to follow product directions
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hauseskin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement if the claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HAUSE OF SKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Shade Selection

Our product images are intended to represent each shade as accurately as possible. Individual results may vary based on skin tone, undertones, application technique, and wear time. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions before purchasing.
